My name is Adani - The Heart Centred Alchemist - A Naturopathic Intuitive Healer and Spiritual Counsellor. Your Higher Self - and your body - communicates messages to guide us and to bring awareness to situations or patterns that require our attention. When we feel feel overwhelmed or in our "mess" we may not "hear" or understand that message - or we may override that hunch or inner knowing through lack of trust in our Self and our own authority.
I "tune in" to the message from your Higher Self and body, to help you get to the "core" of a pattern or issue - and help you to re-connect with your body and intuition (Heart knowing) to understand the message and guidance from both.
My clients leave a session feeling lighter with renewed confidence and a clarity and understanding about themselves and their situation to take the next step (or leap!) forward. And importantly - a greater sense of compassion and LOVE for Self .
